An Invitation To The Real_Happiness- #Overcome_Depression!

Few days before, me and my friends got into a conversation about things related to the PAST. By thinking about the PAST I realized, the first thing that stroke my mind was something ‘Negative’. But, why can’t the Positivity cross our minds first? Why do we remember Bad Moments more than the Good Moments? Well, there are physiological as well as psychological reasons:

                                        “It is said that the brain handles positive and negative information in different hemispheres. Negative emotions generally involve more thinking, and the information is processed more thoroughly than positive ones. Thus, we tend to ruminate more about unpleasant events and use stronger words to describe them – than happy ones”.

Although in some instances, remembering negative events is beneficial since it helps to protect ourselves. But, Can we erase the bad memories?  Can we move on forgetting everything bad that has ever happened? Can we free ourselves from all the pain that keeps pricking? Everything collectively leads to the Depression. Here are the Depression Statistics;

Basically, remembering PAST events, Stress, Fear, Failure, Loneliness, Frustration, Broken Pride, Regret, Emotional Breakdown etc., are the main cause of DEPRESSION. Here are some ways to overcome Depression 🙂

There are instances in LIFE where almost every Human gets to face Hardships, face bad experiences, gets surrounded by Negativity, face Bad days- Bad memories. There are people (friends, relatives, strangers, teachers, lecturers, boss, co-workers, random people, neighbors and many more) who might pull you down, who sometimes make you feel low-worthless, useless. Everybody face Bad times, from a common man to a popular successful individual. Everything that keeps happening is a part of life- sometimes a Lesson & sometimes Memories. Being Depressed whole life, getting addicted to drugs-alcohol, committing suicide is not the right path of escaping from Hardships, failures, bad times but facing & overcoming them is something great that matters. So Learn & make yourself Busy by investing time into something useful and productive stuff that would in-turn fulfill all those beautiful DREAMS. Decide to stay Happy & then have a look at it, on how the Universe conspires itself to keep you Happy- ‘It All Depends On You’!!
